Who we are
Kalman Consultancy Services Private Limited is a proposed company. Incorporation under the Companies Act, 2013 is in progress and the entity is not yet registered with the Registrar of Companies. Until the Certificate of Incorporation is issued, this website is operated by the founders, Om Pilaji and Sarvajeet Bajikar, personally.
This site is information, not an offer
Nothing here is a contractual offer, a quotation, or a commitment to supply anything. Product descriptions reflect what we are building, and the status labels on the Products section say plainly what is active, what is in development, and what is parked. Parked products are not available and are not being worked on. Prices, scope, and timelines exist only in a signed written agreement.
Accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and we correct errors when we find them. Statuses change as work progresses and the site may be behind the reality for a period. If something here matters to a decision you are making, ask us to confirm it in writing rather than relying on the page.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, logo, and design of this site belong to us. You may read it, quote it with attribution, and link to it. You may not copy the site wholesale or present our material as your own. Product and company names mentioned that belong to other organisations remain theirs.
Your messages to us
When you send an enquiry or an application, please do not include confidential information before we have a confidentiality agreement in place. If your project genuinely requires one, tell us and we will sign one first. Anything you send without such an agreement is treated as non-confidential, though we will still handle it carefully and in line with our privacy policy.

Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
Liability
This site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or from reliance on information published here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of the jurisdiction of our registered office will have exclusive jurisdiction; that office is being confirmed as part of incorporation and this clause will be updated with the specific location once it is fixed.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
